Art Without Pants
Casey Toth strikes a pose with Metabolism.
Metabolism is the newest publication to UNCA's campus. The literary magazine is published three times a year and features art, poetry, short stories, essays, photography, and drawings submitted by UNCA students. Using the slogan "Art Without Pants," the organization is located in the hub of the literature department, the second floor of Karpen Hall. Students may easily join the staff at the beginning of the school year and help with choosing submissions and with layout design.
Students may also easily submit art to the magazine. Before the staff's given deadline, students need only email their submission to [email protected]. The attachment must be titled and there is a max of five submissions for each deadline.
Check out the staff's twitter. It's self-described as "tweeting gross and surreal things."
